For the past 28 years, Anna has worked as a Learning & Development Consultant, Facilitator, Assessor and Study Coach providing competency-based training and assessment in industry.
She facilitates and assesses competency-based training, and designs learning resources and assessment tools. Anna has worked with MSA Training and Professional development since 2014 and specialises in teaching and assessing in Cert IV in Training and Assessment as well as Diploma of Leadership and Management.
Anna is passionate about sharing her knowledge and encourages experiential and flexible learning with a strong emphasis on the transfer of knowledge into the workplace.

Chris Ho has worked in the Vocational and Higher education sector for the last twenty years. He has worked his way from a sessional trainer and assessor to Senior Educator, to Learning and Development consultant, to Operations Manager, to Department Manager and International Manager. Dr Jennifer K Miles

I am an educational researcher and practitioner across Higher Education, Vocational Education and Training (VET), and Health Services environments. My practice is founded in collaborative inquiry and open-heartedness. I promote a person-centred, inclusive culture—a pedagogy of love—for all who join my learning spaces, and cultivate the strengths and abilities of the individuals and communities within which I work and learn. Through a storytelling methodology, I work to hold my learners as they cultivate their own transformed perspectives on what is possible for them in life. Josette Frost has spent more than 20 years passionately immersed in many areas of the food and hospitality industry. Highly proactive with experience in team leadership, daily planning and operations. A highlight of her career was as Personal Assistant to cookbook publishing icon Julie Gibbs at Penguin Books. Other achievements include time spent as NSW sales manager for Phillippa’s Bakery; freelance work with Australia Gourmet Traveller Magazine; and Business Development for Pepe Saya Butter.

Karen Squire-Ryan

A resourceful facilitator, assessor, designer and VET specialist, Karen brings over 20 years’ experience working with students, clients’ staff, managers and training teams to her work with MSA. Karen has her TAE Certificate IV and Diploma as well as business and education qualifications, including a Master of Education. Karen works for commercial clients and Registered Training Organisations and formerly managed an RTO Training Team. Karen usually works with nationally recognised training packages and is well versed in compliance requirements and the demystification of VET Sector components. An experienced teacher and facilitator and the mother of three women, Mim is passionate about human rights. In alignment to Auslan, she is inclusive and respectful and embraces equal rights for all. She makes sure everyone can be involved and provides a fun and engaging introduction to Auslan.

Natarsha Krug

Natarsha’s desire to work within an adult learning environment led her into the VET sector in 2007.

I have been in the early childhood industry for 17 years and am very passionate about children’s education and their wellbeing.
