Alan has an extensive experience in the vocational education and training (VET) sector, working for major corporations, TAFE institutes and industry associations. Jenni Miles
I am passionate about supporting learners in developing potential capability. My work as an educator, researcher and writer focuses on emancipatory learning and learner identity as the primary foundation for successful achievement of any personally meaningful, resonant goal. My current PhD research in the Faculty of Education at Monash interrogates the ways in which conditions of learning foster this success, and proposes that it begins with providing spaces where educators can unpack their own transformative stories of learning.

A resourceful facilitator, assessor, designer and VET specialist, Karen brings over 20 years’ experience working with students, clients’ staff, managers and training teams to her work with MSA. Karen has her TAE Certificate IV and Diploma as well as business and education qualifications, including a Master of Education. Karen works for commercial clients and Registered Training Organisations and formerly managed an RTO Training Team.
