Communication in virtual environments is becoming more and more important, not only due to Covid-19 safety measure, but also the advancement of technology. This short 2-hour webinar, held on Zoom, will help you to learn how to communicate effectively in a professional manner during virtual settings including, video conferences, meetings, interviews and more. During this session you will be required to have your camera and microphone working and on, to able to practise your new skills in this comfortable and supportive environment. You will be able to come away from this course with the confidence in knowing your skills in online communication will be clear and professional. This course is ideal for anyone wishing to improve their online image and work on their self and professional development.
