This interactive Event Management course is perfect for anyone wishing to plan and implement exciting, and memorable events. It is designed for those needing the skills to run effective events such as seminars, conferences, meetings, product launches, community events and more. Participants are provided with easy to use skills and guidelines for delivering events.
The course is full of effective theory, which can easily be translated into practice. Covers concept development, event planning, design, budget setting, financing, event marketing, fundraising, competitions, sponsorship, media promotion, hospitality, human resource management, venue selection, marketing, risk management, event shutdown, feedback, evaluation and special considerations and more.
Students need to attend 75% of the course to be eligible to receive a Certificate of Achievement on the final day.
