Suzanne has over twenty years’ of experience in the hospitality industry and uses this experience to provide innovative RSA and food safety training to her students. Holding numerous diplomas and certificates, Suzanne is well qualified and draws on scenarios from her career to make her course interesting and relevant to students.
With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science and Technology, Melanie teaches Food Safety at MSA Training and Professional Development by drawing upon her industry experience. Melanie’s bright personality makes her an engaging trainer who is capable of passing her passion onto her students.
