Bartending and Cocktails

Bartending and Cocktails Day 1
It can be incredibly tough to get a ‘trial’ in a venue let alone a job without any prior experience. This course will provide you with a fundamental understanding of what a bartender is required to do, the language used in the workplace and the skills to do your job and be a better employee. That way when you get a trial shift you can focus on showing your personality, passion and commitment, rather than suddenly having to learn a new language and skills an employer would look for as a requirement. This 2-day course would be a great start for somebody looking to enter into the hospitality sector as a bartender.

Bartending and Cocktails Day 2
This course will give you the basic knowledge and skills to mix drinks, utilize and implement selling skills and understand spirits, liqueurs and other drinks commonly sold in a bar environment. Building on the core skills and techniques you learnt on Day 1, this will help you aim for a higher standard of bar skills to help you gain employment.

It is recommended to complete the Responsible Service of Alcohol course before the Bartending and Cocktails course.
