About our private group training
We understand that a broad ‘off the shelf’ course might not be suitable for your staff. At MSATPD, we offer several qualifications on our scope of registration along with a number of short courses. These can be adapted to meet your workplace training requirements.
Our Business and Professional Development officer will work with you to find a qualification that best suits your team as well as the most appropriate units of competency to undertake. We can customise our courses to meet your group training requirements, preferences and terminology. Our trainers can deliver programs at your location of preference or online via Zoom. We value cultivating a safe and healthy learning environment that is suitable for everyone, inclusive of flexible working arrangements. However, if you prefer to attend on campus, we do have a number of facilities to meet the needs of your group.
Regardless of where the course is held, we are committed to ensuring your staff receive the best learning experience possible.
Additionally, we have a number of highly skilled trainers who have a wealth of experience in delivering a wide variety of subjects and disciplines. Our trainers listen to the needs of your staff to assess where their gaps are and work together to enhance and develop their skills and knowledge. MSATPD trainers are passionate about sharing their expertise and thus dedicate their time to help your staff learn and evolve within your organisation.
Some courses may be available as a Workplace Based Traineeship. This means, as an employer, your organisation may be entitled to financial incentives.
